He also chaired the panel responsible for the Capability Review of APRA, showcasing his commitment to improving organizational effectiveness.

With a background in finance, Graeme served as the Executive Director of Macquarie Bank. Additionally, he has held prominent roles such as Chairman of the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission, President of the National Competition Council, and Associate Member of the Australian Communications and Media Authority.
