His advisory work spans across a diverse range of organisations, including private companies, private equity funds, public companies, not-for-profits, and government entities. Ian’s expertise in mergers and acquisitions is extensive, having advised on over $5 billion worth of transactions involving 150 deals.

Ian was previously a Senior Partner of KPMG where he held the roles of National Head of Mergers & Acquisitions and subsequently National Head of Private Equity before his retirement.

Ian currently sits on the boards of Clean TeQ Water Limited and PBS Banking Services Ltd, Dementia Australia, Dementia Australia Research Foundation and Australian Dementia Network Limited.
