Robert Pradolin

With over 35 years of experience in residential property development, Robert Pradolin is a seasoned professional. For 18 years, he held executive positions at Frasers Property Australia (formerly Australand), where he dedicated himself to the industry. Robert’s educational background includes an honours degree in Civil Engineering, a Graduate Diploma in Property, and an MBA.

Not only is Robert a co-founder of Quipex, but he also serves on the boards of esteemed organizations such as Housing All Australians, Summer Housing, Salvation Army Housing, and Melbourne University’s Hallmark Initiative, which focuses on affordable housing. His extensive involvement in the industry extends to his tenure on the UDIA (Victoria) Board, PCA’s Victorian Divisional Council, and the HIA Executive Council (Victoria).

Additionally, he has contributed his expertise as a member of the PCA Residential Development Council and as a representative on the Heritage Council of Victoria, Liveable Housing Australia, and the Victorian Board of advisors for the Property Industry Foundation. Robert’s passion and commitment to the residential property sector make him an invaluable asset to Quipex.
